Refund Policies

Refund policies for each program are listed below. If you have any questions about these policies please contact the club treasurer.

Learn to Skate

Learn to Skate & Learn to Play Hockey — Refund Policy Applies to: Learn to Skate & Learn to Play Hockey Programs Before the Session Begins Families who withdraw from a Learn to Skate or Learn to Play session before the first scheduled class are eligible for a full refund. To request a refund, email info@nhselects.com before the session start date. After the Session Begins Once a session has started, refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis. NH Selects understands that circumstances change, and we will work with families to find a fair resolution when possible. Refund requests after the session has started should be submitted to info@nhselects.com with a brief explanation of the situation. Approval of refund requests after the session start date is at the sole discretion of NH Selects. Missed Classes Individual missed classes are not refunded, credited, or available for make-up. Each session is structured as a complete 8-week program, and consistent attendance is important for your skater's development. Program Cancellation by NH Selects If NH Selects cancels a session or program for any reason, all registered families will receive a full refund for the canceled session. Weather & Facility Cancellations In the event that an individual class is canceled due to weather or facility issues, NH Selects will make every effort to schedule a make-up class. If a make-up cannot be arranged, no refund will be issued for the individual class. How to Request a Refund All refund requests should be submitted via email to treasurer@nhselects.com. Please include the player's name, the session enrolled, and the reason for the request. Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days. This policy applies to the NH Selects Learn to Skate and Learn to Play Hockey programs only. For refund policies related to other NH Selects programs, visit nhselects.com/refund-policies. Registration Insurance Option: To provide a level of security when registering, Crossbar offers Registration Insurance at the time of registration. This insurance allows you to submit a claim for registration reimbursement, subject to the terms and conditions of the insurance provider. We highly encourage you to opt into this insurance if you foresee any potential changes in your plans. (The NH Selects do not receive compensation if you choose to select this insurance) Why No Refunds? Our programs and services involve careful planning, resources, and costs that are incurred well in advance. As such, we are unable to accommodate refunds outside of the registration insurance.
